1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for chapter events, or attending BNI Crescendo Singapore meetings, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, along with all applicable laws and regulations under Singapore jurisdiction.

2. Exclusive Trade Category Policy

BNI operates under a strict principle of trade category exclusivity. Only one representative per specific business classification may join the chapter as a member. Visitors representing a trade classification already occupied by an active member are warmly welcomed to observe and network, but cannot apply for membership in that occupied category unless a vacancy arises.

3. Visitor Registration & Meeting Attendance

Visitors registering through our Eventbrite portal or chapter member invitations agree to adhere to the standard meeting schedule:

• Arrival by 7:15 AM for open networking and buffet breakfast at Holiday Inn Singapore Novena.
• The meeting fee of $35 nett is payable at the registration counter and covers hotel breakfast buffet charges and venue facilities.
• All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, ethical, and collaborative manner aligned with BNI's Givers Gain® core value.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

BNI®, Givers Gain®, and associated logos are registered trademarks of BNI Worldwide Development Ltd. All chapter photography, custom web layouts, member descriptions, and compilation materials published on this website are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial scraping is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Business Referrals

While BNI Crescendo Singapore upholds high vetting standards for all chapter members, the chapter operates as a referral and networking platform. Any commercial agreements, contracts, or services transacted between members, visitors, or clients are solely between the participating parties. The chapter disclaims all liability for independent business transactions.

6. Amendments & Inquiries
